Job Description

We are seeking an individual to support our educator engagement and brand visibility initiatives. As a fast-growing startup at the intersection of AI and education, we're building partnerships that create real impact across the learning ecosystem.

This role involves collaborating directly with our Marketing and Partnerships team to drive strategic educator engagement initiatives. Key responsibilities include scheduling and participating in partnership meetings, taking notes, identifying action items, and nurturing ongoing relationships.

You will be responsible for writing and managing engaging captions for social channels, aligned with our brand voice. Additionally, you will convert raw ideas, interviews, and brainstorm sessions into polished, shareable content.

The successful candidate will also support the content calendar with scheduling, creative brainstorming, and identifying content gaps. You will draft and manage onboarding email sequences for new partners and mailing list subscribers using email marketing tools.

Furthermore, you will assist in analyzing marketing campaigns using metrics from various tools. It is essential to stay up-to-date with social media trends, educational content strategies, and partnership marketing practices to inform strategy and content design.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive copy.
  • Proficiency in using platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Canva, and basic email marketing tools.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • A strong understanding of storytelling, tone, and visual brand identity.
  • Curiosity and self-starter attitude with the ability to ask questions, pitch ideas, or try something new.
