Role Summary

This position is critical to the organization's success, focusing on sales order planning and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing 90/180 days advance sales order planning, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and coordinating supply activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Order Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales order plans to ensure timely product availability across markets.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, identifying opportunities to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply of goods.
  • Reporting: Prepare and circulate weekly inventory reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Demand Analysis: Conduct non-moving stock analysis and recommend corrective actions to address demand-related issues.
  • Forecasting: Analyze historical sales trends, research demand drivers, and prepare accurate forecast data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • 0-3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or inventory management.
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and statistical capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
