Sales Team Lead

As a key member of our sales team, you will assist the Sales Manager in developing the Strategic Sales Plan for our segments. Your primary objective will be to ensure the achievement of objectives established in our Organization's Strategic Plan.
People Management
Establish and maintain seamless coordination and cooperation with all departments of AccorHotel. Ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service. Develop and maintain effective relationships with all departments. Respond to queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure that all personnel are kept well-informed of departmental objectives and policies.
Financial Management
Identify optimal cost-effective use of resources and educate the team on the same. Implement cost-saving measures to contribute to the growth of our business.
Operational Management
Identify prospects for sales deals within targeted markets of the assigned area/segment. Prepare and conduct sales presentations in coordination with the Sales Manager. Submit monthly and weekly sales plans and market analysis, as well as daily sales/activity reports. Contribute to the increase in business volume. Prepare annual sales goals, develop working plans to carry out goals, compare actual achievements against goals, and take necessary corrective action periodically.
Hygiene, Personal Safety, and Environment
Ensure that the workplace and storage areas remain clean and tidy. Respect the instructions and safety guidelines for the equipment used. Apply the hotel's security regulations in case of an emergency. Respect the hotel's commitments to the Environment Charter and meet Novotel ISO 14001 environmental commitments as applicable to the role if the hotel is involved in the programme.
Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality Management/Events Management. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity. Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
