About the Opportunity:

This is a chance for finance professionals to gain exposure in international operations. As an Assistant Manager, you will support strategic planning, accounting, compliance, and reporting for a global E-commerce brand operating across 8+ countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accurate recording of revenues, expenses, and international transactions.
  • Support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide insights on financial performance for business decisions.
  • E nsure compliance with tax laws, and assist with filing requirements.
  • Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments, coordinating with consultants on international compliance, forex transactions, and cross-border taxation.
  • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and fund requirements, handling vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and treasury activities.
  • Ensure timely settlement of domestic and international transactions.
  • Contribute to automation of financial processes and system improvements, maintaining internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
Requirements:
  • CA-Inter/ MBA Finance
  • 2–4 years in accounting, finance, or FP&A (E-commerce/Retail/Consumer Goods preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/Accounting software and MS Excel
  • Good understanding of international transactions, forex, and compliance is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country business environment
