About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our Item Data Quality team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving catalog quality improvements to search and browse journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own vision and definition for the Program and Service expansion
  • Own Planning, Forecasting and OP contributions
  • Be responsible for end-to-end business strategy, customer experience & offering for Expansions
  • Set and measure goals and targets across functions
  • Be responsible for defining new use cases for his services in partnership with internal and external teams
  • Define the clear requirement of specific business use cases for tech product mgr
  • Support data analysts and product managers by turning business requirements into functional specifications and then executing delivery
  • Establish scalable, efficient processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation
  • Own the service's execution strategy
  • Develop strategies to mitigate risk
  • Be responsible for all communication to Leadership (Flash updates, WBR, QBR, LT Deep dives)
Requirements
  • 7+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience
  • 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience managing teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Analytical with a data-backed approach
  • Be able to deal with a high degree of ambiguity
  • Be able to take a complex problem and break it down to smaller digestible chunks
  • Be able to define a logical and step by step approach to achieving a lofty goal
  • Be comfortable with processes and process design/analysis
  • Have the ability to influence without authority and do so by using data and facts
  • Be able to deal with varied stakeholders and earn their trust
