Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Training Consultant to design, execute, and evaluate employee development initiatives. This involves hosting training programs and related events that cater to the diverse needs of our team members.

  • Determine learning needs through thorough analysis and research.
  • Organize session materials, objectives, and activities tailored to the group's or organization's specific requirements.
  • Evaluate training programs and materials at regular intervals to ensure effectiveness and alignment with our organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a behavioral trainer or similar role, with expertise in designing, developing, and delivering training programs and workshops for business-specific needs.

They should possess excellent decision-making and organizational skills, good interpersonal skills, and advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge and experience in adult learning, virtual training, and e-learning platforms are also desirable.

A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with certification in facilitation, training, or coaching.
