Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams for the company and artists.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to expand the agency's market reach.
  • Negotiating contracts, sponsorships, and brand partnerships for artists.
  • Managing artist schedules, contracts, and tour logistics.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with artists, labels, promoters, and media outlets.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in artist management, booking, or the entertainment industry.
  • A strong network of industry contacts, including venues, promoters, and brands.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and branding strategies for artists.
  • Familiarity with booking software and CRM tools is a plus.
