About Water Sector Jobs:

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive business development and client engagement across the water sector. This role requires deep domain expertise in water supply and wastewater management, combined with strong consultative sales capabilities.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead consultative sales efforts for digital water solutions, including SMART water management systems.
  • Engage with government clients, consultants, and contractors to understand requirements and position tailored solutions.
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Respond to requests for proposals, prepare presentations, and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment and value articulation.
  • Drive territory sales planning and lead qualification.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will bring 6-10 years of experience in water sector sales, hydraulic modeling, and project design. Proven track record in direct and channel sales, especially within the public sector, is required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, environmental science)

Experience: 6-10 years of experience in water sector sales, hydraulic modeling, and project design

Skills: Strong consultative sales capabilities, deep domain expertise in water supply and wastewater management, ability to develop and manage sales pipelines, proficiency in CRM software

Certifications: Certified Water Professional (CWP), Certified Sustainability Practitioner (CSP)

Preferred Qualifications:

Languages: Fluency in English, proficiency in local language(s)

Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with CRM software

Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
