Job Title: Executive - Central Reservation
About the Role:
This is a full-time on-site position as an Executive in the Greater Kolkata Area.
The successful candidate will oversee accuracy of Reservations put into system by hotels properly as per Company Guidelines in chain hotels.
In addition, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing settlements and following up with B2B Clients to whom credit has been extended as and when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in hospitality management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in hotel reservations
- Knowledge of hotel booking systems and procedures
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 Years' experience as a supervisor/Executive in Reservation/Front Office department of a 3*/4* Hotels.
- Minimum Graduate at any stream. A diploma/degree in Hotel/Hospitality management will be preferred.
- Fluency in English and Hindi speaking.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Social Media
