Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking an accomplished Reservations Coordinator with experience in hotel front office operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries from clients, convert them into bookings and meet revenue targets by leveraging effective communication skills and product knowledge.
  • Create business opportunities through existing customer relationships by sending new offers and packages.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information, reservations, payments, and account balances.
  • Promote properties on OTAs and social media to drive sales and occupancy.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify revenue generation opportunities and contribute to achieving personal and property revenue goals.
  • Evaluate competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand, and develop strategies to outperform them.
  • Participate in social media groups related to travel and tourism to generate leads and engage with potential customers.
  • Schedule client visits and coordinate site tours to facilitate the booking process.
  • Keep track of inquiry and sales records, both online and offline, for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Prepare daily schedules for check-in and check-out, share with the operations team, and ensure timely preparation for guest arrival.
  • Collect and maintain accurate customer information databases, contact details, and payment records.
  • Monitor and collect outstanding payments, extra charges, and additional services provided, ensuring timely updates at check-in and check-out.
  • Track monthly inquiries through various channels for sales analysis and reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on leads and conversions for management review.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and update management on new offerings and competitive strategies.
  • Support the development of new sales channels and partnerships through research and collaboration.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a front office or reservations role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel is essential for data analysis and reporting.

Work Environment & Benefits:

Daily work will take place at our office located at [insert location]. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, six days a week. Weekly off-days can be chosen from Monday to Thursday.
