The bank is seeking experienced professionals to fill Wealth Relationship Manager and Branch Relationship Head positions.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals and retail clients.
- Drive sales of banking and wealth management products, including accounts, loans, investments, and insurance.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide tailored financial planning advice to meet client needs.
- Lead and mentor branch-based relationship teams to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience and high service standards are maintained.
- Develop strategies to expand the client base through referrals and networking.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, including KYC and AML requirements.
- Maintain performance metrics and report to leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of retail and wealth banking products.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with target-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- NISM or AMFI certification preferred for Wealth RM role.
