Product Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Leader to join our team.

This is a key role where you will be instrumental in the smooth delivery of our product platform for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Backlog Management: You will own and maintain the product backlog for your assigned engineering team.
  • Agile Execution: Act as the voice of the customer and the Product Manager within the sprint team.
  • Requirements Clarification: Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team's questions, providing clarification and a deeper understanding of user stories and business requirements.
  • User Story Creation: Write clear, concise, and detailed user stories that include acceptance criteria and dependencies.
  • Acceptance & Testing: Review and accept completed work, ensuring it meets the definition of done and the original requirements before it is released to QA or production.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience working directly with an Agile development team and managing a product backlog.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
