Enterprise Software Product Owner

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in shaping the future of our Real-Time Digital Experience Platform. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving growth and maturity through effective product management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and prioritization of business requirements.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert: Work closely with various teams to ensure seamless delivery of new features and platform enhancements.
  • Capture dependencies: Identify, manage, and communicate dependencies from application teams to ensure timely feature delivery.
  • Prioritize user stories: Create and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure successful feature delivery.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-4+ years of experience in product management within the enterprise software industry.
  • Experience working closely with multiple teams of engineers/developers.
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development concepts.

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for:

  • Shaping the Product Roadmap: Help define and prioritize platform features, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborating with Engineering Teams: Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality features and ensure scalable architecture.

Key Requirements:

  • Domain experience in Enterprise End User Computing, Monitoring, Experience Management solution.
  • Ability to think creatively to solve problems through a customer lens.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience migrating an On-Prem Server/Client product to SaaS.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
