Job Description:

As a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to create user-centric designs that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business objectives.
  • Support the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Participate in user research and usability testing activities.
  • Iterate on design solutions based on feedback and data.
  • Maintain design consistency and contribute to the design system.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is required. 1–2 years of experience in product or UX/UI design is preferred. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar is essential. Basic understanding of user-centered design principles is necessary. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also required. A portfolio showcasing design projects and process is highly valued.

Nice to Have:

Experience with basic front-end development (HTML/CSS) is beneficial. Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design is desirable. Exposure to agile/scrum development environments is a plus.
