Document Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Document Intelligence Specialist to design, train, and deploy custom Optical Character Recognition (OCR) models using industry-leading technologies.

  • Develop automated document classification and data extraction solutions from structured and unstructured formats.
  • Integrate OCR workflows with translation APIs for multilingual document processing and NLP-based insights.
  • Utilize GenAI-powered solutions for semantic understanding and summarization of documents.
  • Apply image-based document analysis and identity verification techniques.

Required Skills:

  • At least 8 years of experience in OCR technologies and intelligent document processing.
  • Proficiency in AI Services, AI/ML stack, and GenAI frameworks.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or .NET.
  • Experience with AWS Textract, Rekognition, and Bedrock.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and containerization.
  • Knowledge of document layout analysis and NLP tools.
  • Understanding of GenAI model training, fine-tuning, and deployment strategies.
  • Exposure to logistics domain document workflows is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
