Insurance Business Analyst

This is a senior role that involves working on business analysis projects in the commercial and specialty lines of insurance domain.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining business requirements documents, business process models and data flow diagrams.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Conducting gap analysis and developing recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Certifications: Guidewire Certification is mandatory.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Other Requirements:
