Job Opportunity: Senior Cybersecurity Analyst About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a senior cybersecurity analyst, responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams to mitigate and eradicate company-wide security incidents.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Security Operations and Incident Response. They will be responsible for designing relevant and effective detection rules based on organizational risks and threats.

The successful candidate will also have expertise in analyzing alert data to refine use cases and adjust logic periodically. Additionally, they will be responsible for creating and optimizing KPI/KRI reports to track detection and response performance.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Detection Rule Design: Develop and implement detection rules to identify potential security threats.
  • Incident Response: Coordinate cross-functional teams to respond to and mitigate security incidents.
  • Use Case Development: Create and optimize use cases using SIEM and analytics tools.
  • KPI/KRI Reporting: Develop and maintain KPI/KRI reports to track detection and response performance.

 

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Security Operations and Incident Response.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing detection rules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with SIEM and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
