Senior Architect Project Lead

We are seeking a senior architect to lead our consultancy projects and drive innovative design and regulatory excellence across diverse sectors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project leadership, technical expertise, and strong knowledge of building codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale consultancy projects with full design and regulatory strategy oversight.
  • Own small to mid-value projects independently — managing design, compliance, and seamless delivery.
  • Prepare, review, and ensure architectural documentation meets client and statutory requirements.
  • Chair interdisciplinary meetings, coordinate teams, set clear project goals, and manage resources to meet strict deadlines.
Technical Expertise:
  • Perform thorough reviews of architectural, civil, and MEP drawings for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and resolve design or coordination issues in MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external MEP engineers, leading coordination meetings to prevent technical clashes.
Compliance & Permit Liaison:
  • Own the permit application strategy and maintain proactive communication with regulatory authorities.
  • Interpret and enforce local/national building codes, fire regulations, PESO guidelines, NBC, and municipal by-laws.
  • Lead submission of compliance documents and manage technical responses to authority queries.
Team & Process Management:
  • Mentor architects, drafters, and interns to ensure well-coordinated technical outputs.
  • Uphold Landmarkz's high-quality standards for documentation and design integrity.
  • Develop and implement quality control protocols for architectural and MEP coordination across projects.
Requirements:
  • Accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience leading multidisciplinary commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Deep experience preparing and submitting statutory documents to municipal and specialist agencies.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and MS Office.
