Electrical Sales Professional

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in electrical engineering and sales, preferably in capacitors or switchgear technical solution sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to manage and facilitate change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders to determine the most suitable power quality solutions.
- Prepare and present technical offers that meet customer expectations and organizational directives.
- Estimate costs and communicate them to the sales organization.
- Participate in risk review assessments and provide information on market trends and competitor analysis.
- Work on improving sales processes and contribute to business growth through continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
- University degree in electrical engineering combined with at least 8-10 years of experience in capacitor sales.
- Previous experience in capacitors or switchgear technical solution sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, strong customer focus, and ability to manage change.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English language.
