We are seeking a skilled Product Development Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:
  • Product Design: As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products using CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD).
  • Collaboration: You will collaborate with various teams, including manufacturing, marketing, quality, and supply chain, to ensure that our products meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Design Reviews: You will lead design reviews, gather feedback, and make improvements to enhance product performance and user value.
  • Technical Documentation: You will create detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, GD&T, BOMs, and manufacturing specifications to support product development.
  • Performance Analysis: You will analyze product performance using simulation tools (FEA/CFD/motion), prototype testing, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Design Optimization: You will apply DFM/DFA and optimization techniques to improve manufacturability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Industry Knowledge: You should stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • CAD Skills: You should be proficient in CAD software and familiar with simulation tools and design optimization methods across the product lifecycle.
  • Background Experience: A strong background in heavy equipment manufacturing, heavy fabrication, or stone crushing equipment manufacturing is preferred.
