As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our machine learning capabilities and credit risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement end-to-end data engineering architecture, including model deployment and production maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain scalable data models using Python, PySpark, NumPy, Pandas, SQL, and Linux.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and senior business stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Masters or Undergraduate in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 6–8 years of industry experience, with at least 3–4 years in machine learning engineering, data warehousing, or pipeline orchestration.
  • Proficient in cloud services, including Azure Databricks, Spark, and data warehousing.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with FastAPI/Flask for building scalable APIs.
  • Exposure to credit risk modeling and financial services.
About the Role:

You will be part of the Machine Learning Engineering Team within the Digital Banking Unit, working in a fast-paced environment where innovation is encouraged.

This role involves liaising with teams across Digital and the bank, driving better customer experience and engagement, transforming existing lines of businesses, and building new digital only or banking as a service led digital business models.
