Corporate Governance Professional

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Governance Professional to join our team. As the key governance expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations across various entities and branches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate statutory registers, records, and filings while providing expert guidance on corporate governance matters.
  • Support the Board of Directors in their duties by facilitating meetings, maintaining minutes, and obtaining necessary approvals from relevant authorities.
  • Execute secretarial documentation and ensure timely filing of regulatory forms, returns, and documents.
  • Provide strategic advice on corporate governance, guiding directors on their responsibilities and powers, and assist in the preparation and filing of annual reports and financial statements.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of corporate law and governance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. A degree in law, business administration, or a related field is preferred, along with membership with a recognized professional body and 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
