This is not a traditional customer support role. You'll work directly with founders, product, and engineering to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Run onboarding and ongoing success initiatives for top accounts
  • Quickly solve problems to deliver value
  • Influence product development to meet business needs
  • Track key metrics such as health, adoption, renewals, and upsell signals
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Develop and maintain customer success processes, content, and playbooks
