Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Eloqua developer with 3+ years of experience in marketing automation to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the Eloqua marketing automation platform, including user administration, security, and system configuration.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements and implement them in Eloqua.
  • Design, build, and execute marketing automation campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and segmentation.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Ensure data integrity and cleanliness within the Eloqua system, including lead database management and data segmentation.
  • Implement and maintain lead scoring models to prioritise leads based on their engagement and readiness to buy.
  • Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams on Eloqua functionality and best practices.

The ideal candidate will be up-to-date with the latest Eloqua features, enhancements, and industry trends, and will drive continuous improvement in marketing automation.
