Marketing Automation CRM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Automation CRM Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing automation campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development: Develop and execute end-to-end marketing automation campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, website, etc.) to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Data Analysis: Develop reports and dashboards that provide insights into campaign performance, customer behavior, and other key business metrics.
  • Campaign Optimization: Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and drive business outcomes.
  • A/B Testing: Develop and execute A/B testing plans to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer support, to align marketing campaigns with business goals and customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing automation, preferably in a D2C environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Contlo, Hubspot, Clevertap, MoEngage, LimeChat, Wati, GupShup, or WebEngage.
  • Strong experience in analytics, including the ability to create reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and web optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple and compelling way.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
