We are seeking a Relationship Manager to drive revenue growth and cultivate client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing suitable banking solutions to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve earnings, assets, liabilities, and credit quality targets as per agreed budgets.

Customer Management:

  • Acquire new customer relationships by understanding financial needs and offering tailored banking products.
  • Manage existing customer relationships by identifying needs, advising, structuring deals, and closing transactions.
  • Assess customer banking needs and risks to optimize risk-reward for the bank.

Brand Communication:

  • Undertake brand communication initiatives for designated products.
  • Communicate product positioning messages that differentiate banking products in the market.
Essential Skills
  • Proven experience in revenue generation and achieving financial targets.
  • Expertise in acquiring and managing customer relationships within medium enterprise segments.
  • The ability to understand customer financial needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Strong skills in advising, structuring, and closing deals.
  • Experience in undertaking brand communication initiatives and product positioning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
