Job Title: Senior Financial Specialist

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly skilled financial professional to join our organization as a Senior Financial Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts, including debtors, creditors, and petty cash.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts, including debtors, creditors, and petty cash.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Handle GST and income tax-related matters, including filing returns, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and collections.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com) or equivalent and at least years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or trading environment.
