Role Summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a highly skilled Senior Copywriter to join our team. As a Senior Copywriter, you will be responsible for creating persuasive and engaging copy for landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop content that drives demand generation and supports marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Create compelling headlines, body copy, and calls to action that capture the audience's attention and drive conversions.
  • Track and analyze the performance of content and campaigns using A/B testing as possible.
  • Assist with content writing and editing tasks as required for various marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all written materials.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content initiatives.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize copy and improve conversion rates.
  • Report on content performance and suggest improvements to enhance effectiveness.
  • Ensure timely delivery of content to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or a similar role, with a focus on demand generation.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Mandatory – Must share a professional portfolio demonstrating a proven ability to create persuasive and high-converting copy for landing pages, emails, and marketing collateral; as well as a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for writing and storytelling.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preferred – experience with project management tools and email marketing platforms.
  • Preferred – experience in a B2B marketing environment for SaaS based software solutions.
  • Preferred – familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
