We're looking for a skilled technical professional to lead our ServiceNow platform's design and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing efficient solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Job Description
  • Design and Develop: Out-of-the-box and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
  • Application Architecture: Design and architect of HRSD applications such as HR case management, Enterprise On-boarding, HR integrations, Employee centre, and HR taxonomy

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Service Portal setup, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, AJAX, and other relevant technologies. They will also be responsible for documenting new and existing processes, as well as maintaining open communication channels.
