Role Description :This is a full-time remote role for a Servicenow Tech Lead. The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading Servicenow implementation projects, developing solutions, providing technical expertise, and ensuring successful project delivery.The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and ensuring best practices in Servicenow development.Responsibilities :- Lead and manage all phases of ServiceNow implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.- Develop and implement custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and scripts.- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and other team members.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Identify and implement process improvements within the ServiceNow platform to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.- Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and implementation.- Proven experience in leading and managing ServiceNow projects.- Strong understanding of IT service management processes (ITIL) and best practices.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- ServiceNow certifications (e., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
