Job Title: Customer Success Manager - AppX

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at AppX (YC S21). As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing customer data, retaining customers, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish clear client retention goals and process milestones for clients and employees to work toward.
  • Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software.
  • Promote the value of the product and upsell services and products with the brand image.
  • Assist in creating training courses and educational materials.
  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Prior work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role with an E-Learning or Ed-Tech industry.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
  • Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service.
  • Accountability and personal organization are essential.
  • Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards.
  • Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Regional Language of your base city.
  • Education background - Min B.tech/BE/BSC.
