We are seeking an experienced Windows desktop engineer to provide advanced technical support for Windows environments. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Windows troubleshooting, Active Directory, Group Policy management, and experience with SCCM, Intune, and Windows 11.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and efficient resolution for Windows desktop issues ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policies, and basic network configurations.
  • Deploy and manage systems using SCCM and Intune.
  • Support the rollout and ongoing maintenance of Windows 11.
  • Utilize remote desktop tools for effective user support.
  • Follow IT best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Windows desktop support and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, and Intune.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals and configurations.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and IT best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
