Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Engineer. As a key member of our Enterprise Mobility team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing reliable, innovative, and value-driven technology solutions.

A Day in the Life

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborating with internal and business partners to deliver high-quality results. Your expertise in Windows endpoint management will be instrumental in shaping our technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert for Windows endpoint management capabilities.
  • Provide production support for Windows endpoint management in a geographically distributed environment.
  • Serve as an escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management (enrollment, configuration, protection, retirement).

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Device Lifecycle Management (enrollment, updates, configuration, retirement)
  • Troubleshooting & remote management
  • Experience with ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence

Personal Qualities:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in complex, large-scale environments.
  • Proven success in delivering results on complex cross-functional projects.
