Job Title: Key Account Manager

This critical role is responsible for stewarding and building a funding portfolio through individual donors and crowdfunding platforms.

As an innovative, creative, and passionate relationship manager and fundraiser, you will offer different donor segments a view into their impact and a brand built on hope.

You will be responsible for growing and managing a passionate and committed community of monthly donors. This community will be onboarded through digital and offline campaigns.

Identify high net worth individuals to target in key locations. Provide creative and innovative ideas and plans for engagement with donors across categories.

Build a network of volunteers/donors who start fundraisers for the organization on crowdfunding platforms.

Handle donor calls for onboarding and subsequent relationship building.

Maintain a management information system (MIS) for all donor categories.

Update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with donor and communication details.

Share information with the finance team for generating reports.

Liaise with online payment gateways for incomplete donations or monthly donation-related queries.

Support various fundraising events/activities, including invitation management and RSVP handling.

Work with crowdfunding organisations to maximise visibility and funding received.

Plan and execute engagement activities with support from the events and marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • Post Graduate/Graduate from a top-tier college.
  • 2-5 years of relevant fund-raising experience.
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills with experience in developing and delivering sales pitches and written proposals.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
