Job Summary

As a UI/UX Developer for Microsoft Dynamics at ScaleneWorks, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing user interfaces and experiences for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and end-users to ensure that the solutions are not only functional but also visually appealing and easy to use.

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing user interfaces for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications or other enterprise systems. They will be proficient in frontend web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), responsive design principles, and have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and human-computer interaction (HCI).

Responsibilities and Qualifications

1. UI/UX Design and Development

Design and implement intuitive user interfaces for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring a seamless user experience. Develop and customize Dynamics 365 forms, views, dashboards, and portals to meet business requirements and improve user interactions.

2. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather user requirements and translate them into design solutions that meet business objectives. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and preferences.

3. Front-End Development

Implement responsive web design techniques to ensure that Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications are optimized for different screen sizes and devices. Develop custom frontend components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies that integrate seamlessly with Dynamics 365.

4. User Testing and Optimization

Perform usability testing and gather feedback from end-users to identify areas of improvement and optimization. Continuously monitor the performance of the user interface, making adjustments to improve load times, responsiveness, and overall user satisfaction.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Graphic Design, or a related field. Experience: 4+ years of experience designing and developing user interfaces for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications or other enterprise systems. Proficiency in UI/UX tools, frontend web technologies, and responsive design principles.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or other relevant certifications. Experience with Dynamics 365 Portals or Power Pages for developing customer-facing web applications. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello for managing design and development tasks.
