  • Data Integration and Migration:

    • Monitor and optimize the performance of data queries, reports, and processes to ensure efficient system operations.
  • Reporting and Business Intelligence:
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and develop custom reports and dashboards using Power BI, Dynamics 365 built-in reporting tools, or SSRS.
    • Develop and deploy data models and visualizations that provide actionable business insights to stakeholders.
    • Implement Power BI reports and dashboards that connect to Dynamics 365 data sources, ensuring real-time analytics and reporting capabilities.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
    • Collaborate with solution architects and developers to design and implement end-to-end data solutions that integrate seamlessly with Dynamics 365 applications.
    • Provide support to users and troubleshoot data-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous system improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 4+ years of experience in data management, migration, or integration within Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise platforms.
    • Proven experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and database management tools.
    • Experience with ETL processes and tools (e.g., SSIS, Azure Data Factory) for data migration and integration.
    • Strong experience in developing reports and data models using Power BI or similar BI tools.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 data architecture and data model, including custom entities, data relationships, and database structure.
    • Proficiency in data migration tools such as SSIS, KingswaySoft, Scribe, or similar ETL solutions.
    • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, or other cloud-based integration services.
    • Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, and database performance optimization techniques.
    • Proficiency in Power BI for building data models, reports, and dashboards that connect to Dynamics 365 data sources.
  • Data Management Skills:
    • Strong understanding of data governance, data security, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
    • Experience in designing and managing data integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data-related issues and implement effective solutions.
    • Ability to optimize data queries, streamline data processes, and ensure efficient data retrieval.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment to deliver data solutions aligned with business goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Data Analyst or related certifications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Common Data Service (Dataverse) and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps for managing tasks and development workflows.
