Job Description

The role of a Regional Placement Manager is a key position in our institution, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni to create employment opportunities for students.

We are seeking an individual who can identify and target top-tier companies with strong brand recognition and reputation. The successful candidate will develop strategies to engage with these companies and promote the benefits of recruiting students from our institution.

This includes coordinating meetings and presentations with representatives of companies to showcase the talent pool of students, collaborating with faculty and alumni to leverage connections and referrals, and organizing employer visits, guest lectures, and industry-specific events.

The Regional Placement Manager will also coordinate job fairs, on-campus recruitment drives, and internship programs to connect students with potential employers.

To achieve this, the ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in educational background and preferred to have PG in any field. Candidates with qualifications from reputed Universities will have an added advantage.
