Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an accomplished immigration professional to manage and prepare US visa and immigration petitions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with USCIS and Department of Labor processes, along with a strong understanding of complex contractual language.

About the Position:

The Senior Immigration Specialist will be responsible for preparing and submitting petitions and applications to USCIS and DOL for non-immigrant and immigrant statuses. This includes managing USCIS Requests for Evidence (RFEs), coordinating documentation and follow-ups, and reviewing visa petitions and related documents for completeness and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and submit comprehensive visa petitions and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in US immigration legislation and ensure adherence to internal policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements and technology upgrades.
  • Provide expert guidance on immigration procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in US immigration matters, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience working with clients and teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
