Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to supervise daily support operations and plan efficient administrative procedures. The goal is to ensure all support activities function effectively.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent documentation abilities, and good time management skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support: Assist in planning and coordinating administrative procedures, streamlining processes, and monitoring inventory of office supplies.
  2. Facilities Management: Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons.
  3. Communication: Ensure the smooth flow of information within the company and facilitate other business operations.
  4. Negotiations: Negotiate with vendors and travel agents for best deals.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of expenses and submit reports to senior authorities.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent documentation skills using MS Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
