Job Overview

We are seeking an Operations Collections Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, TS, IND. This role will be responsible for managing and resolving receivables-related queries received from Amazon customers. As an Operations Collections Specialist, you will play a vital part in supporting Amazon's customers to resolve billing issues, reconcile accounts, and drive monthly collection targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understanding of Accounts Receivables process
  • Follow-up with customers via emails and phone calls to ensure timely collection of payments for assigned portfolio
  • Maintain detailed post correspondence update on accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders (Billing, Finance, Legal, Tax, Customer Service) to resolve customer disputes and queries, to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally
  • Monitor high-risk accounts and ensure timely escalation of challenges to management
  • Continually look at ways to improve the customer experience
  • Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process by identifying areas of improvement
  • Meet the monthly productivity goals
  • Reconcile complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail
A Day in the Life
  • Prepare daily aging report
  • Strategize the portfolio
  • Fix the root cause and collect
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders for better resolution
  • Provide visibility to the leadership
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹5,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com)
  • Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
