Customer Support Representative

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service through various channels including chat, phone calls, and email communication.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products, policies, and processes to address customer concerns efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Assist customers with placing, tracking, modifying, or canceling orders, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Gather customer feedback and report common issues to improve the customer experience and product offerings.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must have:

  • Experience in speaking with customers and resolving concerns with a good understanding of the product.
  • Experience in working with tools like Excel or similar software.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with excellent organization skills.
