Manufacturing Manager Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Manager to oversee the production of high-reliability electronic modules and custom-built hybrid integrated circuits for space and defense customers.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all export sales directly, meeting sales plan targets aligned with company goals and objectives in manufacturing operations.
  • In this role, you will engage in short-term and medium-term planning and budgeting to achieve company objectives in manufacturing operations, including calculating capacities and recommending line balancing strategies.
  • You will identify and lead teams to achieve planned quality and quantity levels, develop methods and systems to proactively address potential quality issues, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and business excellence.
  • Your primary focus will be ensuring the safety of personnel, materials, and machines, and providing support to new product development and production processes.
  • You will drive cost reduction initiatives, improve productivity, and effectively utilize available resources, while possessing strong leadership and people management skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for production and delivery of High Reliability electronic modules and custom-built Hybrid Integrated Circuits for Space and Defense customers.
  • Meet quantity, quality, and delivery requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs, and possess hands-on experience in production processes.
  • Skilled in managing a large team consisting of senior engineers, technicians, and utility personnel, and competent in managing production/manufacturing, product development, and quality departments.
