**Job Title:** Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process across the production cycle, ensuring that all products meet rigorous quality standards and internal requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction initiatives.

  • Quality Planning and Control: Develop and implement robust quality plans, coordinate third-party laboratory tests, and issue certificates of quality to customers.
  • Inspection and Testing: Oversee incoming material inspection, maintain and upgrade lab equipment, and ensure compliance with quality specifications.
  • Standardization and Certification: Lead initiatives related to product standardization and certification under national and international standards, and act as the ISO 9001 Management Representative (MR).
  • Documentation and Compliance: Establish and manage policies for documentation control, support external audits, and facilitate internal audits to ensure adherence to QMS standards.
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Monitoring: Implement CSAT monitoring processes, collect and analyze customer feedback, and report on CSAT scores to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, ISO implementation, and CSAT monitoring
  • Completed Lead Auditor course for ISO 9001 / 14001 QMS
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 QMS, documentation, and certification processes
  • Experience with statistical quality control methods and CSAT monitoring tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and reporting software for quality metrics
  • Analytical mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills
