Job Title: Solution Architect – DevOps

 

Job Description:

Our organization is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background in software development and systems engineering to join our team as a DevOps Solutions Architect. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing automation tools, configuring continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and ensuring high availability and scalability of cloud-based platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage SCM tools such as Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Ansible to optimize CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications and teams.
  • Build and maintain a highly available platform with robust monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization frameworks.
  • Implement disaster recovery strategies with RTOs of 1 hour or less and automate backup and restoration processes to ensure 100% data recovery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry security standards by implementing role-based access controls (RBAC), encrypting data at rest and in transit, and enforcing cryptographic key management.
  • Partner with development, infrastructure, and security teams to align with enterprise standards and provide technical leadership and guidance to DevOps and platform engineers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
  • Proven experience as a solution architect or senior DevOps engineer handling enterprise-grade platforms.
  • Strong expertise with CI/CD tools such as Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Ansible.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for HA, DR, and backup solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of IAM protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSO) and Okta.
