We're looking for a dynamic Channel Partnership Growth Specialist to drive the growth of our channel partnerships in India.
This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive channel partnership strategy, which includes identifying, onboarding, and managing a network of 3rd party channel partners. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development, with experience in recruiting and managing clients or channel partners.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the e-commerce industry, including cross-border trade dynamics, and be able to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
The Channel Partnership Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth through effective channel partnerships, while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team and contribute to the growth of our channel partnerships in India.
Requirements- MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree
- 5+ years of business development or account management experience in recruiting and managing clients or channel partners
- 2+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce industry
- Experience in independently analyzing and solving problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with and influence large strategic sellers and brands
- Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams
- Experience in cross-border e-commerce landscape
- Team management experience
- B2B experience with manufacturers and suppliers and in-depth knowledge of India's manufacture status is a plus
- Strong willingness to learn new things preferred
