Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TekIT Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic lead generation plans to identify and target potential clients across diverse industries seeking IT Staff Augmentation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique IT staffing needs and business objectives.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through negotiation and successful contract closure.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Development within the IT Staffing & Augmentation industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
