As a key professional in our organization, this position plays a vital role in leading the Procurement Operations and Customer Experience group for Marketing support units, Global Network business, and related activities such as PR creation, pay support, budget management, Vendor management, and reporting activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, excellent communication and relationship management skills, and flexibility to work with different countries, time-zones, groups, and business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire Procure to Pay process from start to finish
  • Create Purchase Requisitions and ensure timely submission of invoices
  • Monitor and track high aging pending cases and assist colleagues in driving resolution
  • Produce reports and analytics to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet deliverables within stringent timelines
  • Respond to email queries from stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, controls, and regulatory requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and maintaining financial data integrity, adhering to service level agreements, guidelines, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements as applicable.

Functional Knowledge:
  • High proficiency in MS-Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Technical skills capabilities including knowledge of Oracle, SAP Ariba, AXIOM, and other relevant tools
