We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an intern in Growth and Marketing.

The role involves lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline building. You will research target customer lists, identify decision-makers, and qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria.

As a GTM Intern, you will execute outreach campaigns via email, calls, and craft compelling first-touch messages that secure meetings. You will maintain and update CRM with pipeline activity.

You will also shadow and support discovery calls with prospects, document customer pain points, and map them to our use cases. Additionally, you will assist in preparing proposals, pilot plans, and follow-up emails.

In this role, you will help create sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies. You will support product demo sessions and take structured meeting notes. You will track competitors, industry news, and enterprise AI adoption trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and build target customer lists across industries
  • Identify decision-makers and collect verified contact information
  • Qualify leads based on ICP criteria
  • Execute outreach campaigns via email, calls, and craft compelling first-touch messages
  • Maintain and update CRM with pipeline activity
  • Shadow and support discovery calls with prospects
  • Document customer pain points and map them to our use cases
  • Assist in preparing proposals, pilot plans, and follow-up emails

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with sales orientation - email marketing, outreach, cold calling
  • Crisp written & verbal communication; ability to turn messy inputs into executive-ready content
  • Entrepreneurial bias to action - scrappy, self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong research & analytical skills
  • Bonus: Exposure to startups, consulting clubs, B2B SaaS, or AI
