Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our team and drive productivity through innovative methods. To succeed in this role, you must be goal-oriented, methodical and proactive, staying up-to-date with the latest production innovations while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team of employees.
  • Develop and implement effective production schedules to meet business objectives.
  • Evaluate and optimize production efficiency to improve quality and reduce waste.
  • Determine the quality of goods before shipping and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Ensure that all health and safety laws are followed and maintained at the highest level.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in chemical manufacturing.
