Business Operations Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Operations Analyst.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, including case analysis, document verification, and database management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the operations team in performing case analysis, document verification, and database management tasks.
  • Conduct background verification checks for clients with high accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and optimization.
  • Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and security by adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree/graduate in any field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Familiarity with call-making and telephone etiquette is preferred.
